Blue Rainbow by M.L. Wylie

Blue, my love is blue
Dazzled by glass
Like frozen fire
For blue flame burns hottest and most pure
And so my love is azure

Blue, my love is blue
A thousand feet of sky
And sunlight in my eye
You lift me in the air
And so my love is bleu clair

Blue, my love is blue
Where lake and river meet
A thousand miles above the street
Cocooned with all our joys
And so my love burns turquoise

Wrap me in a rainbow of blue
Air, water and sun
And lay me in your arms
Til love be done
Blue, my love is blue
